Chicken tikka or Murgh tikka is a very popular chicken dish in India.It is traditionally small pieces of boneless chicken baked using skewers in a clay oven called a tandoor after marinating in spices and yogurt—essentially a boneless version of chicken.The word tikka means "bits" or "pieces". It is also a chicken dish served in Punjabi cuisine. The Punjabi version of the dish, however, is grilled over red-hot coals, and does not always contain boneless pieces. Ingredients: Spinach puree 1/4 cup Thick curd 1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp Turmeric powder 1 tsp Cooking oil 2-3 tsp Red chilli powder 1 tsp Garam masala 1/2 tsp Coriander powder 1/2 tsp Cumin powder 1/2 tsp Fenugreek leaves powder 1/2 tsp Salt 1 tsp Chicken pieces 4-6 Method: Mix all the ingredients together and make a smooth paste.Next add the chicken pieces(4-6) and marinate well.Then keep it in the refrigerator for 1 hour. Malai chicken tikka : Ingredients : Thick curd 1 tbsp Fresh cream 2 tbsp Butter 1 tsp Ginger garlic 1 tsp Salt 1 tsp Paper powder 1/2 tsp Fenugreek leaves powder 1/2 tsp Chicken pieces 4-6 Method:In a bowl add all the spices together and then add the chicken pieces.Mix them well and give a good marination.Then keep it in the refrigerator for 1 hour. Hot and spicy chicken tikka : Ingredients: Thick curd 2 tbsp Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp Turmeric powder 1 tsp Cooking oil 2-3 tsp Red chilli powder 1 tsp Garam masala 1/2 tsp Coriander powder 1/2 tsp Cumin powder 1/2 tsp Fenugreek leaves powder 1/2 tsp Salt 1 tsp Chicken pieces 4-6 Red food color Method: Mix all the ingredients together and make a smooth paste.Next add the chicken pieces(4-6) and marinate well.Then keep it in the refrigerator for 1 hour. After 1 hour now arrenge all the marinated chicken into the skwer and apply little extra marinating masala.Then place them into the cooking tray.Oven should be pre heated for 10 minutes in 230 degree centigrade.Now cook them in 230 degree for about 40 minutes and turn the other side after 20 minutes and your tri color chicken tikkas are done.Serve these tikkas with green chutney as a starter or appetizer. In this video i want to show you how to make simple Black Forest Cake Recipe.I want to show you very easy way to make. Typically, Black Forest cake consists of several layers of chocolate cake, with whipped cream and cherries between each layer. Then the cake is decorated with additional whipped cream, maraschino cherries, and chocolate shavings. In some European traditions sour cherries are used both between the layers and for decorating the top. Traditionally, kirsch (a clear liquor distilled from tart cherries) is added to the cake, although other liquors are also used (such as rum, which is common in Austrian recipes). In the US, Black Forest cake is most often prepared without alcohol.German statutory interpretation states Kirschwasser as a mandatory ingredient, otherwise the cake is legally not allowed to be marketed as Schwarzwälder Kirschtorte. True Black Forest cakes are decorated with black cherries Ingredients: Eggs 3 Cocoa Powder 1/2 cup Vanilla Essence 1 spoon Salt pinch of Baking Powder 1 spoon All purpose flour 1 and 1/3 cup Powdered Sugar 1 cup Butter 100 gm Milk 1/3 cup For Chocolate Frosting: Cocoa powder 1/3 cup Sugar 1 and 1/2 cup Butter 100 gm Milk 4 spoon Vanilla essence 1 spoon For The Whipping Cream: Instant Whipped Cream Powder 1 packet Milk 90 ml Sugar syrup : Sugar 1/2 cup Water 1/2 cup Method: First make the cake batter .In a bowl take eggs, sugar,vanilla essence, salt, melted butter , cocoa powder, milk and all purpose flour. Mix it all together with a whisk or hand mixer for few minutes.After mixing all together put the cake batter into a cake pan and put it into the oven and let it cook for 30-35 minutes(Make sure your oven is preheated). Next make the sugar syrup.For that mix the sugar with water and bring it to boil. And let it cool. Next make the chocolate frosting. For that put the vanilla essence, butter and couple of spoon milk into the sugar and make a paste with using a hand mixer. After that make the whipped cream.For that put powdered whipped cream into the milk and mix it using a hand mixer and put into the refrigerator for about 15 minutes. After 30-35 minutes cake will be done. Slice it up in the middle and put the sugar syrup into both slices. Now put the chocolate frosting and spread it evenly.Now put the another layer into the 1st layer and put the sugar syrup into the top. Add chocolate frosting and spread all around. Now add whipped cream.Give a design with your choice.Decorate with some red cherries into the top and here your simple version chocolate cake is done.Enjoy... Ghugni Chaat is a popularly available street food of India. This is an ultimate “healthy snack idea” as well as a perfect curry to go with most breads like roti ,paratha or naan. Ghugni is made with dried yellow or white peas. Peas are soaked, boiled, and cooked with tomatoes and spices. The smoldering hot peas are added to a small leaf bowl garnished with spoonful of green chilli,coriander leaves , lime juice and chopped onions. Ingredients: yellow peas 2 cups (soaked) Water 2-3 cups Salt to taste Onion 1(small) Turmeric Powder 1/2 tsp Cumin seeds 1/2 tsp Cinnamon 1 stick Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp Coriander powder 1/2 tsp Garam masala 1/2 tsp Sugar pinch of Red Chilli powder 1 tsp Oil 3-4 tbsp Tomato 1 or you can use puree also coriander leaves Method: first boil the soaked yellow peas with water, salt and onion in a pressure cooker.After 3 whistle switch of the power and let them cool.In a pan add oil.Once the oil looks hot then add cumin seeds and cinnamon stick.Next add ginger garlic and turmeric powder and give it a stir and let it cook few second.Then add the tomato chunks or puree and add little amount of salt.Give it a stire and put the cover and let them cook for few minutes over medium heat.Stir in between.Now open the lid and give a good mix and break the uncooked tomatoes.Now add red chilli powder, coriander powder and garam masala.Then add the sugar and give it a stir.Now add the boiled yellow peas and mix them altogether.Put the cover and reduce into half.Once they are nice and thick then add coriander leaves and they are done. usually shreet vendors serve this ghugni chaat in a small leaf bowl garnished with spoonful of green chilli,coriander leaves , lime juice and chopped onions. This is a really easy and tasty Indian dish that is sure to stir up your taste buds. Delicious baingan tomato dry is ready to eat with pita bread, Indian naan, or rice.For this recipe we need few ingredients. Lets see what we will need. Ingredients : Eggplant / brinjal 3-4 (small size) Tomato puree 1/2 cup Ginger crushed 1/2 tsp Garlic slices 1/2 tsp Salt to taste Suger pinch of Cinnamon stick 1 piece Turmeric powder 1 tsp Red chili powder 1/2 tsp Cumin seeds 1/4 tsp Garam masala 1/2 tsp Onion chopped 1 small Coriander powder 1/2 tsp Method : First cut the small eggplants into halves and apply some turmeric powder and salt and rub it nicely so that the turmeric and salt evenly coated.Then make 3-4 gas mark back side of the every piece of eggplant.Now fry them into the hot oil.Fry them 1 minutes each side over medium heat.Once they are looking golden brown then take out from the hot oil.Now in the same oil add cinnamon stick n cumin seeds.Then add garlic n crushed ginger and turmeric powder.Stir it.In this time you can add the chopped onion or you can add later.Now add the tomato puree and salt.Give a good stir and let it cook for 3-4 minutes over medium heat.After that add the coriander powder and red chilli powder and again stir it well and cover it.Now add suger and stir again and cover it up.In this time add the fried eggplant and garam masala and give a gentle mix.Put the cover for 30 second and they are ready.Serve this delicious eggplant with rice or chapati.Enjoy... In this episode i want to make something special and healthy recipe for our upcoming Diwali Festival,that is beetroot and coconut ladoo.This beautiful ladoos are very easy to make and very tasty also healthy.Lets start how to make this ladoos. Ingredients: Beetroot grated 1 spoon Coconut grated 1 and 1/2 cup Sugar 1 cup Cardamom 3 Butter 1 spoon Coconut grated 3-4 spoon for garnishing Method: First melt the butter in a pan.Once the butter melt put the grated beetroot into the butter and cardamom seeds(you can use cardamom powder also ) fry it for few minutes.Next add the grated coconut and mix with the beetroot.Stir it for few minutes.Now add the sugar and mix it.Cook it until it looks a sticky paste or cook 15--20 minutes.Once it is a sticky dough put the heat off and take a spoon full of coconut paste and keep it in a plate and let it cool for few second.When it is cool make it in round shape using your pump and set aside.Now put the coconut ball into the coconut flakes and let it stick.Keep it in a plate or you can store this coconut balls for 10-15 days and enjoy with tea or coffee. In this episode i want to show you how to make carrot pickle in easy and simple way.Only few ingredients will be needed.Lets see what we will need. Ingredients: Carrot 3/4 Salt 1 spoon Turmeric 1/2 spoon Black mustered powder 11/2 spoon Cumin powder 1/2 spoon Coriander powder 1/2 spoon Fennugreek powder 1/4 spoon Fennel powder 1/2 spoon Samal fennel 1/4 spoon Vinegar 3 spoon Mustered oil 3-4 spoon Lemon juice 2 spoon Red chilli powder 2 spoon Method: First add the vinegar into the carrot and mix them well with a spoon.Then in a bowl add all the spices together.Also add the lemon juice and mustered oil and mix them well.Then add the carrot into the spices and mix all together with a spoon.Your carrot pickle is done and keep them in a air tight container and after 2-3 days they will be soft and you can serve with rice,chapati or any kind of flat bread.Enjoy this carrot pickle up to 2-3 months.Enjoy... In this video i am going to make Chicken Tikka kababs. Chicken Tikka Kabab is one of the most popular chicken dish in India.Tikka means bits, pieces or chunks. It is traditionally small pieces of boneless chicken marinate with yogurt and fresh spices baked using skewers in a clay-based oven called a tandoor.It is typically eaten with green coriander served with onion rings and lemon. You can serve as a starter in any party or use as a main dish in preparing a chicken tikka masala gravy. Lets see how to make this delicious chicken tikka kababs. Ingredients: Boneless chicken into cubes Thick yogurt 3-4 spoon Red chilli powder 1 spoon Garam masala powder 1/2 spoon Kasuri methi powder 1/2 spoon Ginger garlic paste 1 spoon Salt 1 spoon Oil 3 spoon Lime juice 2 spoon Coriander powder 1 spoon Red food color 1/4 spoon Onion pieces cut into chunks Bel paper cut into chunks Tomato cut into chunks Bamboo skewers 4-5 (soaked in water) Method: First mix all the spices and yogurt together and mix it up.Add food color in it.Now mix the chicken pieces with the spices mix and also mix the veges tomato, bel papers and that onion chunks into the chicken and mix it very well.Now set aside for at least 30 minutes.After 30 minutes Now its time to put the marinated chicken and veges into the bamboo skewers.Take a skewers and first put one piece chicken then put one piece bel paper then put one piece onion and then put one piece tomato.Again repeat the same process until complete the one bamboo skewers.Now keep the chicken skewers into the baking tray. Now Put little amount of oil in the top of the chicken. Chicken skewers are ready to go into the oven.Preheated the oven in 200 degree for 10 minutes.Now bake the chicken tikka in 200 degree for 35-40 minutes.Serve in hot with green chutney in any party or get together.I am sure every one will love this chicken tikka.Enjoy... Gulab jamun is a milk-solids -based dessert, similar to a dumpling. It is popular in countries of South Asia such as India, Sri Lanka, Nepal, Pakistan and Bangladesh. It is widely known as Lal-Mohan also.In india every people love to serve this gulab jamun in any kind of festival.So here i want show you how to make these awesome gulab jamuns.Lets see how to make . Ingredients: Milk powder 1 cup All purpose flour 1/4 cup Sugar 1 1/4 cup Water 1 cup Cardamom 2-3 Baking powder 1/4 spoon Yellow food color optional Milk 2-3 spoon Butter 2-3 spoon Pistachio for garnishing Method: In a bowl add the milk powder, all purpose flour and baking powder.Mix well.Now add butter in it and mix it .After that add 2 spoon of milk and make it into a dough.You can add 1 drop of yellow food color into the dough but it is totally optional.If you don't like then skip it.Now set aside for 10 minutes.In a sauce pan take 1 cup of water.Add the sugar and cardamom and let the sugar dissolve. After 2-3 minutes sugar syrup will be done.Now make the gulab jamun balls.Divide the dough into ten equal parts and give it around shape using your pumps.In a pan take 2 cups of vegetable oil.For gulan jamun oil shouldn't be too hot.Check it with a tiny piece of gulab jamun dough.If it is starts sizzling then oil is perfect.Now put the gulab jamun balls and rotate the hot oil with a spatula. Let it fry slowly.After 7-8 minutes gulab jamuns will be done.Remove from the hot oil and put it into the sugar syrup.Let it soak for few minutes and your gulab jamuns are ready to serve.Enjoy this gulab jamun with your favorite festival.I am sure your family, friends and kids will love it.Enjoy... Ingredients: Milk powder 1 cup Condensed milk (sweetened) 200 ml Butter 50 gm Saffron Hot milk 3-4 spn Method: First mix the saffron into the hot milk and set aside.Now in a pan add the butter and let it melt in low flame.Once the butter has melt then add the milk powder and stir continuously for few minutes.When milk and butter nicely mixed well then add the condensed milk and again mix them well.Once everything mixed up perfectly and become a nice dough then take out from the pan and let it cool down.When its warm then make the small pedas using your both pumps. Ingredients: Fresh orange Juice 1/2 cup All purpose flower 1 and 1/2 cup Egg 3 Sugar 1 and 1/2 cup Vanilla essence 1 spoon Baking powder 1/2 spoon Fresh orange pieces 1 orange Milk 1/4 cup Orange Zest 1/2 spoon Oil 1/2 cup Salt pinch of For the Orange glaze Fresh orange juice 1/2 cup Orange food color 2-3 drops Sugar 1/2 cup Method: First add the sugar into the eggs.Then add baking powder and salt in it.Next add orange zest.Now mix it with a spoon.Next add the all purpose flour and mix it with a spoon.Then add the milk.Then add vanilla essence.Now mix it.Next add the vegetable oil in it.Now blend it with a whisk or hand blender for 30 second.Now add the orange juice and again mix it for 1 minute.Now add the orange food color and mix it again.Now add the fresh orange pieces into the cake batter and mix it with a spoon.My orange cake batter is ready.Now pour the cake batter into the greasy cake pan.Now tap it so that the extra air bubble will come up.Now put it into the pre heated oven for 40 minute and my oven is already preheated in 180 degree for 10 minute.Now make the orange glaze.For that add half cup orange juice in to a pan and also add 1/2 cup sugar.Next add 1/2 teaspoon of orange food color.Now keep stiring it and boil it for 5 minute.After 5 minute in medium heat our orange glaze is done and let it cool.After 4minute in 180degree oven my orange cake is done.You can serve it as it is.Now cut the top portion using a knife. Now put some cool whipped cream into the top and spread it evenly.Next pour the orange glaze into the top and whipped cream may be spread out.But don't worry it will be perfect.Now put fresh orange pieces in the middle of the cake and our orange cake is done.Now sprinkle little amount of orange zest into top and we are ready to serve.Enjoy this cake with your friends and family.I hope they will love it.Enjoy .... Hariyali Chicken Kabab or tikka is a chicken dish originating in South Asia where it remains popular in both Pakistan and India. It is traditionally small pieces of boneless chicken baked using skewers in a clay oven called a tandoor after marinating in Coriander leaves,mint leaves,spices and yogurt - essentially a boneless version of tandoori chicken.But we can prepare it in Oven also.For this Hariyali Chicken Kabab or Green Chicken Kabab we need some ingredients.Lets see what we will need. Ingredients: Boneless Chicken 350 gms Thick Yogurt 2-3 spoon Mustered oil 2-3 spoon Mint leaves 1 cup Coriander leaves 1 cup Green Chilli 2 chopped Turmeric powder 1/2 spoon Red chilli powder 1 spoon Garam masala powder 1 spoon Fenugreek leaves powder 1/2 spoon Cumin powder 1/2 spoon Coriander powder 1 spoon Black paper powder 1/4 spoon Salt to taste or 1 spoon Ginger garlic paste 2 spoon Onion pieces 1 medium size Tomato pieces 2 Method : First make the green paste using coriander leaves,mint leaves and chopped green chilli.In a mixer jar add the coriander leaves,mint and green chilli and add little amount of water and make smooth paste.Now mix the other dry spice powder with the thick yogurt and mix it well.Now add the green paste into the spice paste and mix it well.Then add 1 spoon of mustered oil into the paste and again mix it.Now add chicken into this and mix it with the green paste. Then add the onion and tomato pieces and again mix it and put it into the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.After 1 hour now put the marinated chicken into a bamboo skewer. 1st put 1 piece of chicken then 1 piece of tomato then add 1 piece of marinated onion and repeat this up to the skewer looks nice and perfect.Now complete the skewers and put it into the baking try.Now put some mustered oil into the chicken skewers using brush or spoon. My oven is preheated in 230 degree for 10 minutes now put this chicken into the preheated oven for 15 minutes.After 15 minutes now flip the other side and put some oil into the other side and again put it into the oven for 15 minutes and they will be done. After 30 minutes in 230 degree oven my hariyali chicken kabab is done and just place it into your serving plate.Garnish with carrot,sliced onion and coriander leaves in the side.Hariyali chicken kabab is ready to serve.Try this hariyali chicken kabab and i am sure your family ,friends and kids will love it so much.Enjoy.... In this video i am going to make a very beautiful and decorative party cake and that is Pis in Mud Cake.Very fun to make this cake.So let get started. Ingredients: Chocolate cake Pink fondant Chocolate wafers Melted dark chocolate One ribbon Method: First add melted chocolate all around the cake using a knife or spoon so that the chocolate wafers will stuck easily.Then start add chocolate wafers one by one all around the cake.You can use any kind of wafers that you like.One it is done then take a ribbon and tie it with your hand. So that the cake and the wafers will be strong.Now make the pigs.For that make small balls from the dough and make it round in shape. Some balls will be small and they will be in head part.Next take another tiny ball and make the nose.Now attached it with a small balls.Then take a fork and make two wholes.Then make eyes using a fork and eyes should be little big then the nose.Now make the ears using fondant.Take tiny amount of fondant and make little long in shape and also make it little flate.Then add it into the head part using little water.Now head part is complete.Then add it with a bid round shape ball and one pig is done.Next take a another ball and give a mark using a knife and that will be the back part of pig.Now make the tail.Take a tiny fondant and make it long and then make like tail.Then place it into the back of the pig.Next make the pigs hands and feets.For that take tiny fondant and make it round and give a shape using a knife in the middle.For the hand make it little long and no need to give any mark.Now pour the melted chocolate into the top of the cake.Then place the pigs in there.one pig will be seat, one will be lying and two pigs will be look like upside down.Now place the hands and feets and our pigs in mud is done.This is a very nice cake for your kids party.Try this cake and i am sure that your kids and guest will love it.Enjoy.... Raw mango 2 chopped Sugar 1cup Ginger garlic paste 1/2 tsp Salt 1 tsp Fennel seeds 1/2 tsp Turmeric pdr 1/4 tsp Red chilli 3-4 Raisins 1 spn Red chilli pdr 1/2 tsp Vinegar 2-3 spn Kalonji 1/2 tsp oil 2-3 spn Method: First add oil into a pan and then add fennel seeds and kalonji.Give it a stir.Next add turmeric powder , dry red chilli and ginger garlic paste. Again stir it well. Next add the chopped mango into the oil.Add salt and mix them well.Now put the cover and let it cook 3-4 minutes.After few minutes of cooking over medium heat add the raisins and red chilli powder.Mix them well and break the chopped mangoes with a spoon.Next add the sugar and again mix it.In this time add vinegar.Let it cook another few minutes with cover.Once the pickle looks nice and thick then switch of the flame and let it cool down.You can serve this sweet pickle with rice , bread or chapati.You can store this pickle couple of days.Enjoy.. Channa masala or Chole masala is a classic Indian Vegetarian dish prepared with Kabuli channa (garbanzo beans ).It is a fantastic side dish for chapati and pooris.It is my favorite recipe. Today let see how to make this simple Channa Masala recipe-(Kabuli Channa)- with a easy way. Ingredients needed Boiled Garbanzo beans - 1 cup Onion paste 1 medium size Tomato - 1 (puree) Green chili 2 crushed Ginger Garlic 1 tsp Salt as required Turmeric Powder -1/2 tsp Chilli Powder -1 tsp Coriander Powder -1/2 tsp Garam masala pdr 1/2 tsp Oil -3 tbsp Cumin Seeds/Jeera - 1/2tsp Whole dry red chilly 1 Sugar pinch of Method: In a pan add 2/3 spoon of cooking oil.Once the oil looks hot then add cumin seeds and whole dry red chili.Then add the onion paste and give it a stir.Then add crushed green chili into it.Again stir it.Then add salt,ginger garlic paste and turmeric and again stir it.Now add pinch of sugar and mix it.Then add the tomato puree into the mixture and mix it.Now put the cover and let it cook 2-3 minutes over medium heat.After couple of minutes add the cumin powder, coriander powder and red chili powder and mix them altogether.Then add the boiled garbanzo beans into the mixture and give a mix.Lastly add the garam masala powder and mix it and put the cover for few minutes and our chana masala is done.You can serve this with rice , roti ,bread or paratha. Kosha Mangsho Recipe or Mutton Kosha is one of the delicious Bengali dishes.It is very easy to cook. A traditional Bengali goat meat recipe, also called "kosha mangsho", using a yogurt based marinate and slow cooked with fragrant spices.Lets go ahead to learn this delicious Bengali style mutton curry or mutton kosha recipe. Ingredients: Mutton 250 gm Onion chopped 1 big size Green chilli 1 Potato 2 cut into halves Coriander pdr 1/2 tbspoon Turmeric pdr 1/2 tbspoon Red chili pdr 1/2 tbspoon Garam masala pdr 1/2 tbspoon Cumin powder 1/2 tbspoon Mustered oil 2-3 tbspoon Bay leaf 2 Whole dry red chili 2 Cinnamon Cardamon Clove Cumin seeds 1/2 spoon Ginger garlic paste 1 spoon Salt 1 spoon Turmeric 1/2 spoon Tomato puree 1 cup ( i am adding 1/2 cup) Plain yogurt 1/3 cup (hanged ) Method: First marinate the mutton.For that add the yogurt and other dry spice powder and mustered oil.Marinate them well and keep it into the refrigerator for over night. In a pressure cooker add 4-5 tbsp of mustered oil. Once the oil looks hot then add all the whole dry spices into the oil.Give it a mix.Then add the chopped onion into the oil.Add some salt it helps to cook onion faster.Once the onion looks transparent then add the ginger garlic paste and add 1 green chili.Give it a good stir.After that add tomato puree into the onion mixture.Here you can add 1 cup of tomato puree but i am adding 1/2 cup.Add the remaining salt.Mix them well and let them cook until the tomato loss out the oil.Once the oil start separating then add the potato halves and mix well.Then add the marinated mutton and give a good mix.Add little amount of water and again give a good mix.Now put the lid on and let it cook half an hour in low heat.After 7-8 whistle our mutton curry is done.Open the lid and check the mutton taste and check the salt and sugar and fix it if required . Your very Bengali Mutton Kosha is finally ready . Transfer the slow cooked mutton curry into a nice serving bowl.Garnish with some coriander leaves at the top.One green chili and one piece of lime at the side. You can add some ghee at the end too if you dare but its optional. Enjoy your mutton kasha with simple steamed rice or with luchi,roti,naan,bread . In this episode i want to show you how to make Chicken kofta curry or Chicken meat balls curry with spices.This recipe is very popular in in India ,Pakistan,Turkey, Azerbijanian and many more countries.This is a really really yummy recipe and very easy to make.So lets see how to make this awesome Chicken Kofta. Ingredients: For the Chicken meatballs: minced chicken 1 cup Garam masala powder 1/2 spoon Salt 1/2 spoon Red Chilli powder 1/2 spoon Bread crumbs 2 spoon For the Gravy : Onion 1 medium size Red chilli powder 1 spoon Coriander powder 1 spoon Cumin powder 1/2 spoon Turmeric powder 1/4 spoon Ginger garlic 2 spoon Cinnamon 1 stick Cardamom 2-3 Black paper powder 1/4 spoon Garam masala powder 1/2 spoon Method: In a bowl add the minced chicken , bread crumbs, salt,red chilli powder and garam masala. Mix it well and make a dough.Now make the balls from the dough.Take a small portion of chicken mixture and make it round balls using your both pumps.Set aside. Complete whole the dough.Now in a pressure cooker or pan add 3-4 spoon of cooking oil.Lets it hot.When the oil look hot add the chopped onion and let it cook until it looks soft.Next add salt , cinnamon and cardamom.Mix it well.After few second add the ginger garlic paste and again mix it.After that add whole the left over spices and mix it a good mix.After completely mixing the spices now add the chicken meatballs one by one.Give it a stir very gently.Now add half cup water and again mix it.Lets it cook few second.Again add another half cup water into the chicken and mix gently and put the lid on.Lets it give 2-3 whistle. After 2-3 whistle your chicken koftas are done. You can serve it as it is.But i like little thick gravy.For that remove the lid and let it cook for another few minutes.When it looks little thick then they are ready to serve. Hi guys, today's recipe is simple and easy chicken curry.Actually this recipe is a requested recipe from my you tube viewers. I will show you very easy way with the Indian spices.Try this chicken curry and let me know your experience.So here is the ingredients. Ingredients: Chicken 400 gm Onion chopped 1 Tomato chopped 1 Ginger garlic paste 2 spoon Bay leaf 1 Cinnamon 1 stick Cardamom 2-3 Chilli powder 1 spoon Turmeric powder 1/2 sponn Salt to taste Garam masala powder 1 spoon Cumin powder 1/2 spoon Coriander powder 1 spoon Cumin seeds 1/4 spoon Coriander leaves 1 spoon Sugar pinch off Method: In a pan add 3-4 spoon of oil.Add bay leaf,cinnamon ,cardamom and cumin seeds and let them crackle.Next add chopped onion.Give it a stir and let cook for few second.After that add salt and mix it.Now add ginger garlic paste and turmeric powder and mix it well. After few second add chopped tomato in to the spice mixture.Give it a stir and cover it up and let cook for sometimes. After sometimes remove the cover and again stir it and break the uncooked tomatoes.Now add chicken in it.Mix it with the spices and cover it up and let it cook for few minutes.After that add coriander powder, cumin powder and red chilli powder in to the chicken.Give it a good mix and let it cook 4-5 minutes in medium heat.After few minutes add the sugar.If you don't like then skip this part.Now put 1 and 1/2 cup water and mix it and put the lid.Cook it for 5-6 minutes.After that add garam masala into this curry and they are ready to serve.Garnish with coriander leaves and they are done. Serve this chicken curry with white rice,bread,naan or chapati.Try this chicken curry and enjoy with your love ones. This is a very easy recipe. In this video i am showing you how to make egg chop. Egg chop are very much popular in Kolkata, west Bengal, India. Everyone like this street food. Ingredients: 1. Boiled egg -- 2 2. Boiled potato -- 2 3. Chopped Cilantro -- 2 spoon 4. Green chilli - 1 spoon 5. Onion - 1 whole 6. Cumin seeds - ½ spoon 7. Oil - 2 spoon 8. Turmeric -1/2 spoon 9. Garam masala - ½ spoon 10. Salted Ginger and garlic paste -- 3 spoon 11. Salt to teste 12. Oil for deep frying Method First mix the boiled potatoes , chopped cilantro, oil , turmeric , green chilli , salt and garam masala . Mix all together and it will become a smooth paste . Now heat the pan and pour 2 spoon oil for frying the potato mixture . Fry the potato mixture for 2 to 3 minute . After 3 minute let the potato mixture cool down . Now cut the eggs in to half pices. Now take 1 spoon full of potato mix and make a round ball and attached with the half egg piece . Now deep it in to the beaten egg and again deep in to the flour .Now fry the egg balls in to the hot oil and serve hot with green chutney . Music used in this video is with 100% royalty free license. In this video i want to show you how to make bread potato rolls or cutlets. This is a perfect snack with afternoon tea or served as an appetizer.Lets see what ingredients is needed. Ingredients: Bread few slice Potato boil 1 medium Carrot boil 1 medium Salt to taste Coriander leaves 1 spoon Green chilli 1 chopped Onion 1 medium chopped Cumin seeds little amount Cumin powder pinch of Garam masala 1/2 spoon Oil for fry Red chilli powder 1/2 spoon Method: First add 2 spoon oil in pan. Now add all the spices and carrot and boil potato and fry it for 2 minute.Mesh the potato and carrot with the spices and make a mixture and let it cool down for 10 minute.When potato mixture will be cool make small balls from the mixture. Now cut the edges of the bread. In a bowl take some water and deep it the bread slice and squeeze it with your pumps.Now take a potato balls and place in to the bread and make a round balls and fry it in hot oil for 4-5 minute in medium hit. When it looks beautiful golden brown in color your bread potato rolls or cutlet will be done. This rolls are very crunchy and mouth watering.Just try once and your family , friends and your kids will definitely love it. Serve them hot with sweet and sour chutney.Enjoy..
