Air Force Fitness Assessment Program So I finally took my Air Force PT test! This year for my Air Force physical fitness assessment I scored a 98.8! I was pushing for that 100 this year and fell short.. But thankfully I only fell short in one category, the push ups. Besides that I maxed out the sit ups, run, and waist measurement. So I still excelled in everything else which I'm happy with. I will have to keep searching for a push up routine that helps me build up my chest and push up count for next year. Dynamic Warm-up Muscle Activation Preparation: The Marine will start standing tall with hands behind their head. Execution: The Marine will take a step forward and lift the non-stepping leg out to the side with the knee at hip height. They will rotate the lifter leg so the knee is in front of the hip and slightly above hip height. The Marine will return the lifted leg to the deck, step forward with that leg, and repeat the movement on the opposite side.
