Stuffed Rava Idli Sandwich, aloo stuffed idli Sandwich, sooji idli sandwich, rava idli sandwich, Stuffed Idli Sandwich, idli burger recipe #stuffed idli #masala idli #rava idli Ingredients for Idli sandwich Semolina - 1 cup (180 gms) Curd - 1 cup Boiled potatoes - 3 (200 gms) Green peas - ¼ cup Green coriander - 1 to 2 tbsp (finely chopped) Oil - 1 to 2 tbsp, for frying Mustard seeds - ½ tsp Cumin seeds - ¼ tsp Mango powder - ¼ tsp Coriander powder - 1 tsp Red chilli powder - ¼ tsp Green chilli - 2 (finely chopped) Ginger paste - ½ tsp How to make Idli sandwich To make Idli 1- For the batter, take 1 cup of semolina in a bowl and add 1 cup of fresh curd to it. 2- Add some water and mix it well. 3- Add a ½ teaspoon of salt and mix it well. 4- Add some water and blend the batter well. 5- After 15 minutes, the batter has set. 6- Add ½ teaspoon of Eno fruit salt and some water to it. 7- Take a vessel, place a stand and preheat some water in it. 8-Take some mini bowl and add grease them with oil. 9- Fill 1/3rd portion of a bowl with the batter. 10- Turn the flame to low and place the bowl carefully in it. 11- Steam cook it after covering on the high flame for 10 minutes. 12- It has cooked after 10 minutes. 13- Place them out of the vessel and wait until they cool down. 14- Demould them once they have cooled down and separate it from the corners using a knife. 15- Remove all the Idlis from the containers. For the stuffing 1- Take 3 boiled potatoes, peel and mash them finely. 2- Preheat a pan and add 2 teaspoons of oil to it. 3- Add ¼ teaspoon of mustard seeds, ¼ teaspoon of cumin seeds, 2 finely chopped deseed green chillies, a ½ teaspoon of ginger paste and saute it. 4- Add green peas and saute it. 5- Add a ½ teaspoon of salt to it and cook while covering it for 2 minutes. 6- Cook them on the low-medium flame to make them soft. 7- After 2 minutes, the stuffing has cooked. 8- Press peas to mash them. 9- Add 2 teaspoon of water to it for making soft. 10- Add ¼ teaspoon of turmeric powder, a teaspoon of coriander powder, stir and roast them for half a minute on the low flame. 11- Add the mashed potatoes, ¼ teaspoon of red chilli powder, ¼ teaspoon of mango powder and some finely chopped green coriander to it. 12- Stir and cook for a minute or two. 13- The stuffing has cooked, take it out in a separate bowl to cool down. For the sandwich 1- Divide the cooked idlis into two equal halves. 2- Add 1 to 2 teaspoon of stuffing on it and spread it evenly. 3- Place another half over it for covering it. 4- Prepare all the sandwich likewise. 5- Take a pan and heat it. Ingredients for Palak Kofta curry Spinach - 4 cups (250 gms) (finely chopped) Chickpea flour - 1 cup (100 gms) Tomatoes - 4 (350 gms) Ginger - ½ inch Gree chilli - 4 (finely chopped) Cream - 2 tbsp Green coriander - 2 tbsp (finely chopped) Cumin Seeds - ½ tsp Cinnamon Stick - 1 inch Black Cardamom - 1 Cloves - 4 Black pepper - 7 to 8 Tumeric powder - ½ tsp Coriander powder - 1.5 tsp Red chilli powder- 1 tsp How to make Palak Kofta curry For the Koftas 1- Take 4 cups of spinach after washing and finely chopping it. 2- Take 1 cup of chickpea flour in a bowl, add finely chopped spinach to it. 3- Add ¼ teaspoon of turmeric powder, 1/2 teaspoon of coriander powder, 1/4 teaspoon of red chilli powder, 2 finely chopped green chillies, 1/2 teaspoon of salt to it. 4- Add 1/4 cup of water to prepare its stiff dough. Do not make its paste, keep its consistency thicker. 5- Preheat oil in the wok and preheat the Appam maker on the low flame. 6- Add 2 to 3 drops of oil in the moulds of Appam maker. 7- Lift some dough and bind it into a round ball. You can decide its size according to your choice 8- Place it in the Appam maker to cook and spread some oil over it. 9- Cover and cook it in the low flame for 5 minutes. 10- Add it in the wok by preparing it likewise. 11- The medium-high oil and medium flame are required to fry koftas. 12- Fry till they are brown both the sides. 13- Flip the Koftas of Aappam maker after 5 minutes. 14- Cover and cook them from another side for 5 minutes on the low flame. 15- The koftas of wok have also fried and they acquired 6 minutes to fry. 16- Remove the Koftas of Appam maker after 5 minutes because they have fried. For the Gravy 1- Grind 4 tomatoes, 2 green chillies, 1/2 inch of ginger julienne to prepare the paste. 2- Preheat the pan, add 2 to 3 tbsp of oil in it. 3- Add 1 inch of cinnamon stick, 4 cloves, 7-8 black peppers, 1 black cardamom after peeling it in the heated oil. 4- Add 1/2 teaspoon of cumin seeds and saute it. 5- Add 1/2 teaspoon of turmeric powder, 1/2 teaspoon of coriander powder, add the prepared paste to the Masala Mixture. 6- Roast the Masala mixture till oil separates from it. 7- Add 3/4 teaspoon of red chilli powder and stir the mixture in the intervals. 8- Take a tempering pan, add 1 teaspoon of oil in it on the low flame. 9- Add Chickpea flour in the heated oil and roast it. 10- Add the roasted chickpea flour in the prepared Masala mixture. 11- Add 2 tablespoons of cream and roast while continuously stirring it. 12- Add 1.5 cups of water, 1 teaspoon of salt, some finely chopped green coriander to it and boil continuously stirring it. 13- Cover and cook it on the low flame for 5-6 minutes. The gravy has cooked after boiling for 5 minutes. Serving 1- You can add Koftas in the gravy and cook them while covering for 2 minutes. 2- You can also place them in a plate and pour the gravy over them to serve. 3- Garnish with finely chopped green coriander before serving it. 4- You can serve the curry with Paratha, Chappati, Naan or rice. Mix Veg Besan Snacks, Tawa Fried Besan Pitto Snacks, Pitor Katli, पतोड़ की सूखी सब्ज़ी बनाने की विधि Ingredients: Chickpea Flour - 1 cup (100 gms) Capsicum - 1 cup (finely chopped) Cauliflower - 1 cup (finely chopped) Tomatoes - 1 (finely chopped) Oil - 3 to 4 tbsp Green Coriander - 2 to 3 tbsp (finely chopped) Turmeric Powder - ½ tsp Cumin Seeds - 1 tsp Asafoetida - ¼ pinch Red chilli Powder - ½ tsp Coriander Powder - 1 tsp Ginger Paste - ½ tsp Salt - 1 tsp (or to taste) How to make Veg Pitor Snacks 1- Take 1 cup of chickpea flour in a bowl, add 1 cup of Water and dissolve lumps. 2- Add 1.5 cups of Water and prepare the smoother paste. 3- The smoother Chickpea Flour paste is ready, add 1 tsp of Salt, ½ tsp of Cumin Seeds, 1/4 tsp of Red chilli powder, 1 tsp of Coriander Powder, 1/2 tsp of Ginger Paste, 1/2 tsp of Turmeric Powder, 2 finely chopped deseed Green Chillies, 2 tbsp of Finely chopped Green Coriander, 1 finely chopped Capsicum, 1 cup of finely chopped Cauliflower, 1 finely chopped deseed Tomato for the batter. 4- Preheat the pan, add 2 tsp of Oil and heat it. Preheat the pan and saute them. 5- Add the batter in it and cook while continuously stirring it on the high flame for 5 minutes. 6- Turn the flame to medium, stir it to make it thicker. 7- We cooked it for 10 minutes though, 5 minutes on the high flame and 5 minutes on the medium flame 8- The batter appears rightly thick. Now, we will set it. 9- Add the batter in a plate and spread it evenly. 10- Store it in a cold place or beneath the fan to set. 11- Pitor has set after 10 minutes, cut it into the pieces. 12- Preheat a Non-stick pan along with 1 tbsp of Oil. 13- Spread it evenly and leave the pan to heat. 14- Add pieces in the wok to fry on the medium flame. 15- They are light Brown from the bottom so flip them. 16- You can spread Oil over them if required and fry until they are Golden Brown from both the sides. 17- Pieces have rightly fried from both the sides so drain them out. 18- Veg Pitor Snack is ready to be served. Setving: 1- You can serve them with Tomato Sauce or Green Coriander Dip. Moong Dal Halwa, Moong Dal Sheera Ingredients, राजस्थानी मूँग दाल हलवा, rajasthani moong dal ka halwa, Ingredients Moong Dal (मूंग दल हलवा ) - 1 cup (200 gms ) Sugar (चीनी ) - 1 cup (200 gms ) Ghee (घी ) - 1/2 cup (125 gms ) Full cream milk (फुल क्रीम दूध ) - 500ml Cashews (काजू ) - 20 to 25 (chopped ) Almonds (बादाम ) - 20 to 25 (finely chopped ) Raisins (किशमिश ) - 2 tbsp Pistachios (पिस्ता ) - 15 to 20 Green Cardamoms powder(इलाइची पाउडर ) - 6 to 7 How to Make Instant Moong Dal Halwa : 1. Take Moong dal, clean it well. 2. Pour the Moong dal in a pan and roast it dry until golden brown.Roast for 5 minutes. Once golden brown and ready take it out in a plate. Let it cool. 3. Put the Moong dal in a mixer jar and coarsely grind it. Wait for a minute , then open the jar. Take out the coarsely ground dal in a plate. 4. Put 3 to 4 tbsp ghee in a pan.Put the dal in ghee.Roast it well until golden brown for 5 minutes. 5. Once roasted add 500 ml milk to it. Stir it and cook then add 1 cup water to it. Cook it slow.Stir at regular intervals to prevent lumps. 6. To Roast dry fruits. Take a pan, put to another flame. Pour ghee and let it heat. Then add Add chopped cashews, almonds and raisins to the ghee. Slightly roast it. Once roasted take it out. 7. Meanwhile the halwa is dense, Add sugar to it.Stir and cook. Add dry fruits. Pour ghee in halwa.Add cardamom powder. Cook halwa 1 to 2 minutes more. Once ready take out the halwa in a plate. Serving : Garnish the halwa with dry fruits. Add pistachios too. Boondi Raita Recipe, Besan Cheela Raita, Rajasthani Pitod ka Raita, Quick & Easy Yoghurt Dip, Ingredients: Curd Salt Black Salt Roasted Cumin Powder Dry Mint powder Green Coriander - finely chopped Green Chilies - finely chopped Asafoetida Cumin Seeds Turmeric Powder Coriander powder Red Chili Powder How to make pitor’s raita 1- For the batter, take ½ cup of chickpea, add ¼ tsp of salt, red chilli powder less than 1/4 tsp, 1/4 tsp of coriander powder, less than 1/4 tsp of turmeric, 1/4 tsp of cumin seeds, 1/4 tsp of finely chopped green chillies, water and whisk it. 2- Whisk until lumps disappear and add ¾ cup of water to prepare the mixture of running consistency. 3- Preheat 1 tsp of oil and roast less than the 1/4 pinch asafoetida. 4- Add batter in the heated oil and cook until its consistency is thick. 5- Take out the mixture in a plate, apply some oil on the spoon and spread it evenly. 6- Keep it ½ cm thick and keep it aside to set. 7- It will set in 5 minutes beneath the fan. 8- Cut the pieces once, the pitor has set. 9- For the raita, take 1 cup of curd and whisk it. 10- Add 1/4 tsp of black salt, 1/4 tsp powder of the roasted cumin seeds, less than the 1/4 tsp of dry mint powder and mix all the spices. 11- Add the pitor's pieces in it and mix them 12- Add some pieces to garnish, cumin powder and some finely chopped green coriander. 13- The pitor raita is ready. How to make cheela raita 1- For the batter, take 1/4 cup of chickpea flour, less than 1/4 tsp of salt, less than 1/4 tsp of red chilli powder, 1 pinch of turmeric powder, some water and whisk it until lumps disappear. 2- Add some chopped green coriander and mix all the ingredients properly. 3- Add some water to make the loose batter. 4- We used 1/4 cup of water to prepare it 5- Preheat the laughter, spread some oil on it and turn the flame to low. 6- Leave the laughter to cool down and later, pour the batter on it. 7- Spread it evenly using a spatula and turn the flame to high. 8- Drop some oil around its corners and some over it. 9- Cook until it is golden brown from the bottom. 10- Flip it and cook from another side until it is golden brown. 11- Remove it from the pan and cut it into the small pieces once it cools down 12- For the raita, take 1 cup of curd in a bowl and whisk it. 13- Add 1/4 tsp of salt, 1/4 tsp of roasted cumin seeds, less than 1/4 tsp of dry mint powder and some cheela pieces. 14- Mix them and garnish with red chilli powder and roasted cumin seeds. 15- Cheela's raita is ready. For boondi raita 1- Take 1 cup of curd and whisk it. 2- Add 1/4 tsp of black salt, 1/4 tsp of roasted cumin seeds powder, less than 1/4 tsp of dry mint powder, 1/4 tsp of chopped green chillies and mix them, 3- Add some boondi and garnish it with green coriander. For tempering on raita 1- Preheat the tempering pan, add 2 tsp of oil and heat it. 2- Add 3/4 tsp of cumin seeds and switch off the flame. 3- Add less than 1/4 pinch of asafoetida. 4- Spread some tempering over the raitas and mix them slightly. 5- The raitas are ready to be served. Suggestions: 1- You can whisk curd into the mixer also. 2- You can also add the green mints rather than mint powder 3- You can also use the red chilli powder instead of green chillies. 4- Use only fresh curd for the raita 5- You can mix water in raita if you want it thinner. 6- You can eat leftover cheela and pitor as they are also tastier. Even a kid knows what a samosa is. Ingredients Maida - 2 cup (250 grams) Ghee - 1/4 cup (60 grams) Salt - 1/2 tsp (as per taste) Potatoes - 400 grams (4 medium size) Green peas - 1/2 cup (optional) Cashews - 10-12 (optional) Raisins - 25-30 (optional) Green chilly - 2-3 (finely chopped) Ginger - 1 inch long piece (grated) Green coriander - 2 tbsp (finely chopped) Coriander powder - 1 tsp Garam masala - 1/4 tsp Mango powder - 1/2 tsp Salt - 3/4 tsp or as per taste Oil - for frying Directions Getting ready: Pressure cook the potatoes until one simmer or till they get soft. Peel the boiled potatoes and mash them finely. Making: Now in a big mixing bowl, take refined flour and add some ghee, salt and mix well. Add lukewarm water in small portions and knead stiff and tight dough. Cover and keep the dough aside for 20 minutes to rest. Meanwhile let is prepare the stuffing. Heat 1 tsp oil in a pan and to it add ginger, green chilly and green peas. Cover the wok and let it cook for 2 minutes till the peas get soft. To it add rest of the following ingredients – finely mashed potatoes, salt, green chilly, green coriander, coriander powder, garam masala, mango powder, raisins and cashews. Stir and mix the ingredients well. Stuffing is ready. Now pinch 7 to 8 small to medium size dough and shape them round. Roll out the dough ball to about 8 to 10 inch diameter round, keeping it little thick. Then divide the poori into two equal halves and lift one part in your hands. Apply some water on the edges and fold giving it a cone shape. Stuff the cone with potato filling, give a small fold at the back and apply some water on the edges. Bring both the ends together and stick well. Keep the shape correct and likewise prepare all the samosas. After this, heat enough oil in a wok or pan to deep fry the samosas. Slide 4 to 5 samosas or as much as possible in the pan and deep fry until they get brown and crispy from both sides. Keep the flame low-medium. Drain out the fried samosas on kitchen paper towel to remove excess oil and fry rest of the samosas, similarly. Serving: Serve piping hot samosas with any tangy and zingy Indian dip or chutney like coriander chutney, mint chutney or sweet chutney and relish eating. Take medium sized boiled potatoes, peel the potatoes, Prick these so that they absorb spices well. 2. Add spices such as turmeric powder, red chili powder, salt. Mix all. 3. Heat oil in a pan, then add the potatoes. Fry well until it is brown from all sides, Stir at regular intervals. Take out. 4. Add oil in a pan, add cumin seeds.Reduce flame to prevent from browning. Add cinnamon stick, cloves and pepper. Peel and add Black cardamom. Roast them. 5. Add asafoetida, turmeric powder, coriander powder, crush and add dry fenugreek leaves. Slightly roast them. Add tomato cashew paste, add kashmiri red chili powder. 6. Stir and roast the masala till it is grainy and till oil separates, turn off flame. 7. Add water to it. Add garam masala, salt and some green coriander. Mix well then add the potatoes. Stir them. Cover and cook it on low flame for 4 to 5 minutes. Serving: 8. Sumptuous Dum Aloo is ready, garnish with some green coriander. It can be served with chapati , parantha, naan or rice. Take some grated bottle gourd, press out the juice, add chickpea flour, green chilli , ginger paste, turmeric powder, coriander powder, red chili powder, salt. 2. Add carom seeds, green coriander, mix all ingredients well. once ready , keep dough aside to puff up. 3. Heat oil for frying koftas, once oil is rightly hot then put koftas to fry. 4. Once brown in color, Flip and fry well until golden brown from all sides. Then take them out, fry all the koftas likewise. 5. For gravy, heatoil in wok, add cumin seeds, reduce flame. Add asafoetida, ginger paste,coriander powder, turmeric powder.Slightly roast these. 6. Add tomato green chili paste. Increrase flame. Add red chili powder. Stir masalas and roast until, oil separates from it. Once oil separated add, dry fenugreek leaves, chickpea flour,stir and roast masala for another 2 minutes. 7. After 2 to 3 minutes, when masala is raosted. Add 2 cups water to it. Mix well. Add salt, garam masala, green coriander, add lauki juice ( optional) 8. Cover and cook it for 3 to 4 minutes. Put koftas in the gravy. Cover and cook again for 3 to 4 minutes. 9. After 4 minuites sabzi is cooked, take it out in a bowl. Serving : 10 Mouth Drooling Lauki kofta is ready. You can serve this with , chapati , parantha , naan , rice. This quantity is suffecient for 3 to 4 members. Rinse the ginger well, peel and slice down thinly. 2.Now rinse the capsicums and potatoes as well. Peel the potatoes and chop each potato in 8 chunks. 3.Remove the seeds from the capsicum and remove the stalk as well. Chop the capsicum into big chunks. 4.Finely chop the green coriander and tomatoes as well. Making: 5.Heat some oil in a pan and splutter cumin seeds first. Then add asafoetida, turmeric powder, coriander powder and finely chopped green chilly. Saute the spices for a while. 6.Add the potatoes to wok and stir well. Cover and let the potatoes cook through. Keep the flame low and cook the potatoes for 5 minutes. 7.Check and stir the potatoes. If needed, add 1 to 2 tbsp water. Cover again and let them cook for 2 to 3 more minutes. 8.Now add capsicum, salt, red chilly powder and finely chopped ginger to the wok. Mix everything really well. 5.Cover again and cook for 3 to 4 minutes. Stir and check the sabzi at regular intervals. 9.When the potatoes get tender, add chopped tomatoes and some green coriander to it. Mix well. 10.Cover the wok again and let the sabzi simmer on low flame for 1 to 2 minutes. Sabzi is ready, turn off the flame. Add water and make batter like that of normal idli.Keep batter aside for 5 to 10 minutes. 2. For tadka to add to it, take a small tadka pan. Pour 1 tsp oil in it. Take Red chili, Wash it and dry in sun for 2 to 3 hours. 2. Heat a pan and roast whole spices such fennel seeds, fenugreek seeds, cumin seeds, carom seeds, black pepper. Stir and slightly roast the spices for upto 2 minutes. Turn off flame, keep to cool. 3. Take oil to be added to pickle heat it up well. 4. As the whole spices cool down,add plain salt too,then coarsely grind in mixer jar. Keepp grinded spices in plate. 5. Coarsely grind black mustard seeds separately, put over the grinded spices. 6. Oil has smoked up rightly, turn off flame. Let oil cool. 7. Add the rest of the spices such as black salt, turmeric powder, asafoetida, lemon juice in the grinded spices. Balushahi Recipe also known as Badusha Recipe, Khurmi Recipe, Balusha recipe , or Balushai Misti Recipe, Ingredients for Balushahi : Refined flour (मैदा ) - 2.5 cup ( 300 gms) Ghee (घी ) - 1/2 cup ( 100 gms ) Sugar (चीनी ) - 2.5 cup ( 500 gms) Pistachios (पिसते ) - 15 to 20 Green Cardamom (इलाइची ) - 6 Saffron strands (केसर के धागे ) - 30 to 40 Baking Powder (बेकिंग पाउडर ) - 1 tsp Ghee (घी ) - For frying How to make Balushahi Direction : Getting ready : 1.Add cardamom to the apparatus and peel it and grinds it. Take 30 to 40 saffron strands,Add a little water so that the saffron gives off color. Making : 1. Take 2.5 cup refined flour. Add 1 tsp baking powder to it. Mix well.Add ½ cup ghee to it.Mix well again.Add water in small portions to make dough. Make sure you just bind it. Keep it aside for 10 to 15 minutes to set. 2. To prepare sugar syrup, take 2.5 cup sugar in a vessel, add 1.25 cup water to it. Turn on the flame.Cook until the sugar dissolves in water.Stir it at regular intervals check it. The last drop of sugarsyrup should form a single thread. When sugar syrup is ready,Turn off the flame.Add cardamom powder to it, add the soaked saffron to it stir once,. Place the sugar syrup over a jali stand.Cover and keep it, so that it doesn’t cool down quickly. 3. 20 minutes are done, dough is set and ready. Squash it slightly, Keep dough layered. Break the lump of dough Make a log from it. Make small balls, meanwhile heat up a wok with ghee. 4. To shape the balushahi, Lift a dough ball.Give it a round shape.Press it and make a hollow from one side. Lift a dough ball.Give it a round shape.Press it and make a bit hollow from both side. Place the shaped Balushahi in a plate.Make all the Balushahi likewise. 5. Check if ghee is sufficiently hot, You need less hot oil like to fry the Balushahi. Put the Balushahi to fry. Fry on low flame, when they float over the ghee, when golden brown from below, flip them. Slightly increase flame and fry well until golden brown from all sides. When fried and ready, take it out.Hold the Balushahi over the ladle ,so that the extra ghee drains back to the wok. Keep it in a plate. 6. Take out the Balushahi and drop it in sugar syrup.Dip it. 7. If the ghee seems too hot then then turn off the flame for 2 to 3 minutes and let it cool. Turn on flame, put the Balushahi to fry. Meanwhile Take out the balushahi dipped in sugar syrup.Keep it in a separate plate. 8. All the balushahi are fried and ready. It takes 20 to 21 minutes to fry balushahi at once. 21 Balushahi are ready with this quantity of dough. 9. To garnish place Balushahi in a plate. Garnish with pistachio shavings.Balushahi can be stored in refrigerator and eaten upto 15 days. How To Make Chinese Bhel - Indian Street Food Crispy Fried Noodles Recipe Ingredients Boiled noodles (उबाले हुए नूडल्स ) - 100 gms Carrot (गाजर ) - 1 (julienne) Capsicum (शिमला मिर्च ) - 1 (julienne) Cabbage (पत्ता गोभी ) - 1 cup (julienne) Toamto sauce (टमेटो सॉस ) - 2 tbsp Oil (तेल)- 1 tbsp Green Coriander (हरा धनिया ) - 2 tbsp (finely chopped) Green chili (हरी मिर्च ) - 2 (finely chopped) Chaat masala (चाट मसाला ) 1/2 tsp Salt (नमक) - 1/2 tsp (or to taste) Oil(तेल ) - for frying Direction: Getting Ready : 1. Take water in a vessel, enough to submerge 100 gms noodles, Add 1 to 2 tsp oil and bit of salt in water. Then boil the noodles,boil it for 9 to 10 minutes. Sieve it and wash with cold water. Toss the noodles and let it cool. Making: 2. Turn on flame, Put a pan with oil to heat up. Once rightly hot, put noodles to fry. Put it in small portions. Fry until the froth settles.Then flip it. Flip it and fry a bit till there is crackling sound. 3. When noodles turn slightly brown and are ready then Hold the ladle on the edge of the wok, extra oil drains back. Keep the noodles in a plate. Fry all the noodles likewise. It takes 6 to 7 minutes to fry the noodles at once. Turn off flame. 4. Take a pan , turn on flame, add 1 tbsp oil. When oil heats up , add carrot julienne, capsicum julienne and cabbage julienne. Stir and roast it on high flame for a minute and keep it crunchy. Add 1/2 tsp salt. Roast veggies for 1 minute. 5. Once veggies are roasted, add 1/2 tsp chaat masala, add 2 tbsp tomato sauce.Mix well till all ingredients blend well. Turn off the flame. 6. For bhel, take fried noodles, break them, place in a bowl. Add and mix the veggies to it.Mix it till it blends well. Add green coriander as well. Serving: 7. A yummy and flavorful Chinese bhel is ready. Relish it as a snack anytime. To make dough take refined flour, semolina and chickpea flour. Mix all ingredients well. 2. In a mixing bowl add ghee, powdered sugar.Whisk well till it is puffy. Add baking powder, cardamom powder to it.Mix all well. Now add refined flour, semolina and chickpea flour mix and make dough. 3. keep the cooker to heat up. Add 1/2 kg salt in the cooker. Put the jali stand over it.Cover it and let the cooker heat up well. 4. To make Nan Khatai take a plate that fits in the cooker. Grease the plate with a little ghee. 5. Take out a little dough, Make it round then press lightly and give desired shape. Arrange in plate at distance. Mark a cross on the Nan khatai with a knife. Add some grated pistachios over it. 6. As the Cooker is heated well. Keep the Nan Khatai filled plate in the cooker. Cover and bake it on medium flame for 10 minutes. 7. After 10 minutes, check the Nankhatai, if it is puffy and roasted. Close the cooker again and keep flame high till it seems brown from above. 8. Once baked and ready, take out the plate from the cooker carefully, prepare the next batch and rest of Nankhatai likewise. Once baked keep to cool. Serving : 9.As Nan Khatai cools, keep in an air tight container,and relish it for over a month. Methi ke Laddoo ,Methi Dana Laddu, Fenugreek Seeds Laddu, Methi Coconut Dink Laddu, Ingredients Fenugreek seeds (मेथी) - 3/4 cup (100 gms) Almonds (बादाम) - 3/4 cup (100 gms) Edible gum (गोंड) - 1/2 cup (100 gms) Jaggery ( गुड़) - 2 cups (400 gms) (crumbled) Wheat flour (गेहूं का आटा) - 1 cup (150 gms) Dry coconut (सूखा नारियल) - 2 cups ( 100 gms) (grated) Ghee (घी) - 1 cup (200 gms) Green cardamom (इलाइची) - 1 tbsp (5 gms) White pepper/ Black pepper (सफेद मिर्च) - 1 tbsp (5 gms) Long peepar (छोटी पीपल) - 7 to 8 ( 5 gms) Ginger Powder (अदरक पाउडर) - 2 tbsp ( 5 gms) How to Make Methi Nariyal Ladoo : 1. Take 100 gms Fenugreek seeds,washed and cleaned. Finely grind it and soak in 100 gms milk for 3 to 4 hours. 2. Take a pan, turn on flame. Add 3 to 4 tbsp ghee to melt. Then add the milk soaked fenugreek in the ghee.Stir and roast it on medium flame till it changes color. 3. Fenugreek seeds powder is roasted well for 7 to 8 minutes. Ghee has separated. Take it out in a separate bowl. 4. Pour 2 to 3 tbsp ghee in the wok.Add wheat flour after ghee melts. Stir and roast the flour well on low flame till it is golden brown. Flour is roasted in 12 minutes. Keep the wheat flour in same bowl as fenugreek. 5. Pour ghee in a pan, let it melt. Roast edible gum in less hot oil. Take it out in a plate. 6. Add almonds to the ghee and slightly roast on low flame for 2 minutes. Once roasted kepp it in a plate. 7. Take 2 cup dry coconut.Stir and roast it on low flame for 2 minutes. then keep it in a thali. 8. To melt jaggery, turn on flame, add 2 tsp ghee to the pan. Add jaggery to it, stir till it melts completely. Keep flame low. Keep stirring till it melts. Turn off flame. 9. Put almonds to the jar, grind well. Keep with the flour. 10. Take 1 tbsp green cardamom.Add 1 tbsp white pepper,almost 7 to 8 peepar,2 tbsp ginger powder, grind well. 11. Press the edible gum with a rolling pit to break it. 12. Mix all ingredients, jaggery and flour. Bind it when slightly warm. 34 ladoos can be made with this quantity of ingredients. Serving : 13. Healthy Methi Ladoos are ready. For dough take wheat flour in a mixing bowl, add ghee, salt, carom seeds, baking soda,Add water in small portions and knead soft dough.cover and keep dough aside. 2. For chokha take eggplant and tomatoes, grease with oil. Then put over a net and roast over flame. Flip at intervals and roast till skin turns black. 3. Once roasted take out the eggplant and tomato in plate to cool, then peel the skin. 4. For stuffing take sattu in a bowl, add salt, grated ginger, pickle masala, green coriander, finely chopped green chilies, mustard oil, juice from 1 lemon. Mix all the ingredients well. If seems dry add some water and mix again. 5. Add boiled potatoes to the peeled tomatoes and eggplant. Mash well. Add salt, finely chopped green chilies,ginger grated, finely chopped green coriander, juice from 1 lemon, mustard oil. Mix well. Chokha is ready. 6. Meanwhile grese hands with ghee, squash the dough, Break the dough into small lumps, give shape of peda. 7. Make it hollow with thumb and fingers givin bowl shape, put stuffing, lift sides, close the litti. Keep in plate. Prepare all likewise. 8. You can roast it 3 ways i.e in a heavy based wok, appam maker and jali stand over flame. Serving 9. Once the littis are ready, dip them in ghee if desired or break and pour ghee over them. Gajar, Gobhi, स्halgam Ka Achar, Shalgam Gajar Mix Veg Pickle, Gobhi Gajar Shalgam ka Achaar, Ingredients of Gajar, Shalgam, Gobi Ka Achar Peeled Turnips (शलगम ) - 2 ( 250 gms) Peeled Carrots (गाजर ) -2 ( 250 gms ) Sem (सेम ) - 250 gms Cauliflower (गोभी ) - 1 floret (300 gms) Green Chili (हरी मिर्च ) - 100 gms Ginger (अदरक ) - 100 gms Mustard oil (सरसों तेल ) - 1 Cup Vinegar (सिरका ) - 1/3 cup Black Mustard (सरसों के दाने ) - 4 tbsp (coarsely grounded) Salt(नमक ) - 3 tsp or as per taste Asafoetida (हिंग ) - 1 Pinch Cumin seeds (जीरा ) - 1 tsp Black pepper (काली मिर्च ) - 1 tsp Fenugreek seeds (मेथी ) -2 tsp Fennel Seeds (सौंफ ) - 4 tsp Red Chili Powder (लाल मिर्च पाउडर ) - 2 tsp Turmeric Powder (हल्दी ) - 1.5 tsp How to make Shalgam Gajar Sem gobhi Mix achar: 1. Take veggies such as turnip, carrot, sem, cauliflower. Wash and dry them. 2. Cut the veggies into desired size. Cut the green chili into bitesized piece and ginger in desired size. 3. Keep water to boil, enough to dip veggies. Put the veggies in boiling water and blanch veggies.Boil for exactly 3 minutes.Turn off flame. Take out the veggies from water. 4. Turn veggies over strainer, drain water. Keep the veggies in strainer for 5 minutes. Spread it over a cloth and dry it in sunlight or under fan. 5. To make masala for pickle, roast the whole spices. Turn on flame. Add to the pan ,cumin seeds, black pepper, fenugreek seeds, fennel seeds. Stir and roast slightly for 1 minute. Keep it in a plate to cool off. 6. Pour mustard oil in the pan.Let the oil heat up.Till the oil heats up,coarsely grind all the spices.Once oil is hot. Turn off flame. Let is cool. 7. Once oil is cooled off, add asafoetida, turmeric powder, add coarsely ground spices too. Mix all well. Add green chili, gonger, coarsely ground black mustard,red chili powder, salt. Mix the oil and spices well. Add vinegar. Serving : 8. Pickle is ready to be relished. The right taste of pickle comes after 3 days.Keep the pickle in a food grade plastic container or any glass container. Aflatoon Barfi, aflatoon banane ki vidhi, Sweet Aflatoon recipes , Ingredients: Mawa - 1 cup (250 grams) Semolina - ½ cup heaped (heaped) 100 grams Ghee - ½ cup (100 gms) Milk Powder - less than 1 cup (100 gms) Sugar - ½ cup heaped (125 gms) Green Cardamoms Powder - ½ tsp Pistachios - 10 to 15 (finely chopped) Cashews - 10 to 12 (finely chopped) Almonds - 10 to 12 (finely chopped) Full Cream Milk - 1 cup How to make Aflatun Sweet 1- Melt ½ cup of Clarified Butter, add ½ cup of Semolina and roast on the medium flame until light brown. 2- Roast while continuously stirring it for 5 minutes. 3- Add 1/2 cup of Sugar along with 1 cup of Milk powder and roast while continuously stirring it until Golden Brown. 4- Keep the flame on Low - Medium 5- Sugar is caramelizing in it and turning to a dark colour. 6- Add 8 to 10 chopped Cashews, 8 to 10 chopped Almonds and roast for 10 minutes on the low flame. 7- Add 1 cup of the crumbled Mawa along with 1 cup of Full Cream Milk. 8- Roast while continuously stirring it on the Low - Medium flame. 9- Add 1 tsp of Green Cardamoms Powder and cook while continuously stirring it until it reaches to the thicker consistency. 10- The mixture appears thick because it has reached the thicker consistency. Clarified Butter is separating from it 11- We cooked it while continuously stirring it on the low medium flame for 15 minutes. 12- Turn off the flame and set it 13- Take a tray for it, add some Clarified butter on it and spread the mixture evenly. 14- Garnish with finely chopped Pistachios, finely chopped Cashews, finely chopped Almonds. 15- Press them to fix using a Spatula and leave it to set for an hour in the open air. 16- Aflatun has set so we will cut it into the pieces. 17- Heat the tray slightly for 10 to 15 seconds to remove the pieces. 18- Aflatun Pieces are usually rectangular shaped and sometimes longer too. 19- Remove the pieces and serve. Serving: 1- Take a butter paper to wrap it, take the piece, place it and warp it. 2- You can eat this Sweet by storing it outside the Refrigerator in a container for 15 days. Suggestions: 1- You can use any variety of Semolina for Aflatun Sweet. 2- You can use Condensed Milk instead of Milk Powder. You can add 300 gms of Condensed milk in it from which you will get 150 gms of Milk solid and 100 gms of Sugar.
