Ingredients- chicken- 400 gms spinach- 30 leaves coriender- 1 bowl green chillis- 5 (big size) garlic cloves- 15 ginger- 1 inch onion,tomato - 1 each salt oil butter,cream - 2 tsp each coriender,cumin and garam masala - 1/2 tsp each 1 lemon juice whole spices- 2 bay leaves, 2 pieces of cinamon, 2 green cardamon, 4 pepper corn and 4 cloves Method- grind coriender,garlic,ginger and gren chillis by adding little water. take chicken in a bowl. add green paste, coriender,garam masala and cumin powder, lemon juice and salt. mix and marinate for 15 to 20 mins. in a pan, heat oil, put whole spices, saute. add chopped onion, fry till golder brown, add tomato. cover and cook for 10 mins. then add marinated chicken. cover with lid and cook for 10 mins . open the lid add spinach and mix. cover and cook for more 10 mins. then add cream and butter and cook for more 5 mins. chicken palak is ready to serve.

There is a very good reason why butter chicken is one of the most loved Indian dishes: it's pretty darn delicious. Succulent marinated chicken steeped in a rich and creamy tomato sauce, fragrant with warm spices. There's actually not much actual butter in it, but there is a ton of cream which is what makes it so indulgent. I had wanted to make this dish for a long time but never did because for some reason, I felt like it was gonna be a complicated dish. It turned out not to be true at all. Sure, the ingredient list is pretty long, but if you've got a well stocked spice cabinet, you'll have most things already. The best thing is that butter chicken is a very forgiving dish with lots of room to adjust according to your taste, and there is no special technique required. Here's how I suggest going about this to make it even more effortless: split it into 2 days. You can either marinade the chicken and make the sauce the day before serving (the sauce keeps very well in the fridge or freezer), or marinade and cook the chicken off on day 1, and make the sauce and assemble the next day. I find that with a little planning, it makes this so much easier than trying to do it in one go. I absolutely love palak (Spinach) I try to have Palak atleast 3 times a week. Today I wanted to grill the chicken but took a slightly different take at it. Ingredients: Garlic (4 small clove, fine chopped) Onion (1 slice, chopped) Palak purée (boiled and grind, 1 bowl) Green chilli (1 , chopped) Pinch of salt and jeera powder Full cream (1 bowl) Amul cheese (1 cube) How to make it: Add 2 tbsp ghee in a pan, Let it get warm, Add garlic, Add onion, Let onion soften, Add palak purée, Add chilli, pinch of salt and jeera, Let it thicken, Add chicken, Let it cook together, Add bowl of cream. Butterfly each breast by cutting through the thickest part of the middle with a very sharp knife and making two fillets out of each one. Season both sides with salt and pepper. Place 2 TBS of oil in a skillet and heat it. Once it is hot start browning the chicken on both sides. Work in batches and move onto a paper towel lined plate. Set aside. Add the onion to the skillet. From Publix. 1 egg 1 Tablespoon water ½ cup shredded Muenster cheese or Mozzarella cheese ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese 1 green onion (scallion), chopped (about 2 Tablespoons) 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder 2 Tablespoons all purpose flour ½ package of a 17.3 ounce package Puff Pastry Sheets (1 sheet), thawed 1 package (10 ounces) frozen, shopped spinach, thawed and well drained Heat oven to 400°. Beat egg and water in a small bowl with a fork and set aside. Stir the Muenster cheese, Parmesan cheese, onion and garlic poweder in a medium bowl. Sprinkle the flour on the work surface. Unfold the pastry sheet on the work surface. Brush the pastry sheet with the egg mixture. Top with the cheese mixture and spinach. Starting at the short side, roll up like a jelly roll. Cut into about 20 (1/2”) slices. Place the slices, cut-side down, onto 2 baking sheets. Brush the slices with the egg mixture. Bake for 15 minutes or until the pastries are golden brown. Here is my recipe for Korean Gochujang Chicken Stir Fry. Delicious and spicy. I think I made it too spicy, so I recommend not using any red pepper flakes or reduce to 1/4 teaspoon. Ingredients: 2 chicken breast chopped 1 egg white 2 Tablespoons cornstarch 1 and 1/2 teaspoons chopped ginger 1 Tablespoon chopped garlic 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes or NONE 10 baby bok choy quartered 1 red bell pepper sliced 1/2 onion sliced 1 can baby corn cobs (optional) Sauce: 4 Tablespoons gochujang 2 Tablespoons soy sauce 2 Tablespoons honey 3 Tablespoons brown sugar 1/2 teaspoon sesame oil 2 Tablespoons rice vinegar or regular vinegar 1/2 cup chicken broth I also used and additional 1/2 cup of chicken broth to deglaze the pan. I did not thicken my sauce at the end, but you can if you wish with 4 Tablespoons water and 2 Tablespoons corn starch that you have mixed up. Marinate your chicken with 1/2 an egg white and 2 Tablespoons cornstarch for 20 minutes. Heat your pan and cook your chili flakes (if using), garlic, ginger and chicken till the chicken is almost done. Remove your chicken, as you will cook it more later. Cook your vegetables in your pan with the garlic and ginger. Add 1/2 cup chicken broth to deglaze your pan. Add your chicken back to the pan along with the sauce, cook for two minutes. Then you can thicken your sauce if you wish. Serve with plain white rice or cooked ramen. This turned out great, but at my limit of spicy since I used 1 teaspoon of chili flakes. Segments of chicken wings marinated with spices and deep fried until crisp. chicken lollipop Ingredients 1 pinch Aji no moto(MSG)-Optional, 2 tbsp Breadcrumbs to coat 5 number chicken wings frenched 1 tbsp Chilli garlic sauce,Crushed 1 0 Egg-beaten 1 0 ginger/garlic,Curry leaves 1/4 lbs Ground Chicken/Paneer 1 to fry Oil 1 to taste salt 0 Seasonings-Salt,herbs,chilli 0 soy sauce Directions Prepare the chicken wings according to video directions by turning inside out-Each wing can be made into 2 lollipops-One portion closer to the shoulder(Meatier portion) and another portion away from the shoulder (Remove the second small bone)-This is the less meaty portion and can be stuffed so the presentation looks nice Prepare stuffing-Season chicken mince with paneer mixed in, salt,chilli powder,herbs, green chilli and stuff the smaller lollipops with this mixture Now we can season the prepared lollipops with few dashes,soy sauce, chilli/garlic paste,ginger/garlic paste and marinate for some time Prepare batter-Mix in chilli powder, chilli/garlic sauce,salt, cornflour to the beaten egg Heat oil to medium heat(the lollipops need to cook completely inside hence, oil should not be too hot or else outside will brown too quickly leaving the insides uncooked) Roll the lollipops in the batter and bread crumbs,drop gently into the oil and fry to a golden brown-not dark brown The Lollipops can also be made without batter/bread crumbs-Just fry them till golden brown These lollipops can be served with a quick sauce made as below Saute in some oil-cumin and crushed ginger/garlic until fragrant-Add curry leaves,soy sauce,green chillies chopped,coriander leaves chopped and Aji no moto-Toss in the fried lollipops and serve immediately "Reach vahrehvah at - Website - Youtube - Facebook - Twitter - Google Plus - Flickr Photo - Linkedin - Picasa Photos- Stumleupon Tumblr Blogger -"

^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^ *****Hey You! Look down Here!***** Healthy Whole Wheat Lasagna with Ground Chicken and Spinach Ricotta Cheese! Yummy! I created this video with the YouTube Video Editor ( I used whole wheat lasagna noodles I cooked two boxes but only needed one box. I cut up fresh spinach and mixed it with one quart of Ricotta cheese. I also mixed tomato paste, tomato sauce and crushed tomatoes together for a thick tomatoey mixture. I used ground chicken mixed with freshly chopped green onions. I used a large 2 lb bag of Mozzarella cheese. I made about four layers. Starting with noodles then the Ricotta cheese and spinach mixture then meat on top of that next the Mozzarella cheese next the tomatoey mixture next noodles and so on. The top layer is only sauce and mozzarella cheese. and parsly flakes! I covered it and baked it for 45 min then I baked it uncovered for 10 min. It turned out good and healthy, with a little too much salt in the ricotta cheese mixture but I can draw that out by placing a slice of potatoe inside of one of the layers, rebake it on low, and then remove the potatoe unless it taste good, then I would leave it in! ******The MUSIC is called the Celtic Fiddle Festival from you tube editor. I liked this music it gives my video the feel of a real cooking show!

That said, it's quick and easy and nice and healthy and a great way to get some greens into your diet. These two ingredients themselves could be thought of as a bit boring, but once you start to get the masala and spices in that's when you start to see how lovely it is. I have different versions of this dish, one where I purée the spinach and another where I add paneer. Give it a go - tastes great and much fresher than the dishes you are probably used to eating. Ingredients 1 tbsp mustard oil 1 tsp mustard seeds 1 tsp cumin seeds Pinch asafoetida 2 garlic cloves, sliced 1 tbsp ginger, thinly sliced 2 tomatoes, chopped 600g baby spinach, finely sliced 4 potatoes, peeled & chopped into 3cm cubes 1 tsp salt 1 or 2 chillies, finely sliced 1 tsp garam masala Method Heat oil in a karahi or wok and add mustard seeds. Just as they pop add the cumin seeds and asafoetida. Add the garlic and ginger and fry on a gentle heat. Stir in the tomatoes, salt and chilli. Cook down until the tomatoes have turned to a pulp and then add the cubed potatoes. Stir to coat them with the sauce. Reduce the heat and place a lid on the pan. Cook for about 10 minutes stirring occasionally. You may need to add a splash of water to stop them from sticking to the pan. Don't be too heavy handed as you don't want to mash the cooked potatoes. Once the potatoes are soft add the spinach to the pan and stir. Cook for a further few minutes until the spinach has wilted. If there is any liquid in the pan increase heat and dry the dish out. Sprinkle over the garam masala and serve.

I made this video originally for my friend overseas, however I then decided to share it with the world at my own risk. It's important for you to know that I don't cook. So, to move from the normal Chef Boyardee Ravioli in a can to Coconut Curry is quite risky and ridiculous for me! Hopefully, you enjoy my adventures in cooking. Video is a little longer then I shot for, but every second of it will better you as a person. Let me know if you have ever made Coconut Curry and if it turned out for you!
