Ingredients- chicken- 400 gms spinach- 30 leaves coriender- 1 bowl green chillis- 5 (big size) garlic cloves- 15 ginger- 1 inch onion,tomato - 1 each salt oil butter,cream - 2 tsp each coriender,cumin and garam masala - 1/2 tsp each 1 lemon juice whole spices- 2 bay leaves, 2 pieces of cinamon, 2 green cardamon, 4 pepper corn and 4 cloves Method- grind coriender,garlic,ginger and gren chillis by adding little water. take chicken in a bowl. add green paste, coriender,garam masala and cumin powder, lemon juice and salt. mix and marinate for 15 to 20 mins. in a pan, heat oil, put whole spices, saute. add chopped onion, fry till golder brown, add tomato. cover and cook for 10 mins. then add marinated chicken. cover with lid and cook for 10 mins . open the lid add spinach and mix. cover and cook for more 10 mins. then add cream and butter and cook for more 5 mins. chicken palak is ready to serve.

Coriander Chicken is Chicken dish that blends the taste of fresh Coriander with the tingle of Indian Spices. This dish is best served with Phulkas/ Rotis/ Chapathis. Ingredients: Chicken- 1/2 kg Curd/Yogurt- 1 Cup Green Chilli- 6 to 7 Garlic - 5 to 6 pods Coriander Leaves- 1 Bunch Cumin- 1 tsp Lemon Juice- 1 tsp Salt- As per taste Steps: 1) Dry roast cumin seeds in a pan. 2) Crush it to a coarse powder. Keep it aside. 3) Add coriander leaves, green chilli, garlic, 3 tbsp curd and salt and blend to a smooth green paste. 4) Take washed chicken pieces in a big bowl. Add the green paste, remaining curds, crushed cumin seeds and mix well. 5) Marinate for 45 mins. 6) Heat oil in a pan. Remove just the chicken out of gravy and cook it in the pan for around 10 to 12 mins or till it turns soft. 7) After the chicken has cooked and turned a little brown on the sides, add the green gravy in bowl and cook for 4-5 mins. 8) Switch off the flame, add lemon juice and mix well. 9) Green Chicken is Ready!

There is a very good reason why butter chicken is one of the most loved Indian dishes: it's pretty darn delicious. I had wanted to make this dish for a long time but never did because for some reason, I felt like it was gonna be a complicated dish. It turned out not to be true at all. Sure, the ingredient list is pretty long, but if you've got a well stocked spice cabinet, you'll have most things already. The best thing is that butter chicken is a very forgiving dish with lots of room to adjust according to your taste, and there is no special technique required. Here's how I suggest going about this to make it even more effortless: split it into 2 days. You can either marinade the chicken and make the sauce the day before serving (the sauce keeps very well in the fridge or freezer), or marinade and cook the chicken off on day 1, and make the sauce and assemble the next day. I find that with a little planning, it makes this so much easier than trying to do it in one go. Remove to a plate and let rest for 5 minutes. 4) In a larger bowl dress the spinach with about 1 Tbsp (10 g) of extra virgin olive oil, some balsamic vinegar and lemon juice, season with salt and pepper to taste and toss to coat. 5) Top the salad with the hard-boiled egg, turkey bacon and olives, chop the chicken into bite size pieces, and add it to the dressed salad. A super easy and delicious Chicken and Rice Casserole. This would make a great dinner with a green salad and vegetable. 1 cup rice, Arborio or regular white rice 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts 1 package dry onion soup mix 1 can cream of mushroom soup ¾ cup roughly chopped onion 1 package chopped mushrooms 1 package spinach 2 cups water Salt and pepper to taste Preheat oven to 350°. Spray a casserole dish with cooking spray and set aside. Spread rice evenly on the bottom of the casserole. Place the chicken on top of the rice. Add the onion, mushrooms and spinach. Mix the mushroom soup, onion soup mix and 2 cups of water in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper to taste. I created this video with the YouTube Video Editor ( I used whole wheat lasagna noodles I cooked two boxes but only needed one box. I cut up fresh spinach and mixed it with one quart of Ricotta cheese. I also mixed tomato paste, tomato sauce and crushed tomatoes together for a thick tomatoey mixture. I used ground chicken mixed with freshly chopped green onions. I used a large 2 lb bag of Mozzarella cheese. I made about four layers. Starting with noodles then the Ricotta cheese and spinach mixture then meat on top of that next the Mozzarella cheese next the tomatoey mixture next noodles and so on. The top layer is only sauce and mozzarella cheese. and parsly flakes! I covered it and baked it for 45 min then I baked it uncovered for 10 min. It turned out good and healthy, with a little too much salt in the ricotta cheese mixture but I can draw that out by placing a slice of potatoe inside of one of the layers, rebake it on low, and then remove the potatoe unless it taste good, then I would leave it in! ******The MUSIC is called the Celtic Fiddle Festival from you tube editor. I liked this music it gives my video the feel of a real cooking show!

I absolutely love palak (Spinach) I try to have Palak atleast 3 times a week. Today I wanted to grill the chicken but took a slightly different take at it. Ingredients: Garlic (4 small clove, fine chopped) Onion (1 slice, chopped) Palak purée (boiled and grind, 1 bowl) Green chilli (1 , chopped) Pinch of salt and jeera powder Full cream (1 bowl) Amul cheese (1 cube) How to make it: Add 2 tbsp ghee in a pan, Let it get warm, Add garlic, Add onion, Let onion soften, Add palak purée, Add chilli, pinch of salt and jeera, Let it thicken, Add chicken, Let it cook together, Add bowl of cream. Once everything has cooked together and is creamy, Put it on a microwaveable plate, Grate cheese and grill it for 2min. Serve it hot creamy and cheesy ❤️ Hope this helps. Ingredients 25 Spinach Leaves (Palak) 150 grams Gram flour (besan) 1/2 teaspoon Red chilli powder 1/2 teaspoon Carom seeds (Ajwain) 1/4 teaspoon Turmeric powder (Haldi) Salt , to taste Chaat Masala Powder , for sprinkling Cooking oil , for deep frying Directions for Crispy Palak Pakora Recipe (Monsoon Time Snacks) To begin making the Crispy Palak Pakora Recipe, first get all the ingredients ready. In a large mixing bowl, add the gram flour, turmeric powder, salt, red chili powder. Stir to combine well. Add little water at a time to make a thick pakora batter. Preheat oil in a kadai (wok) for deep frying. Once the oil has heated up sufficiently enough, Dip each spinach leaf in batter to coat it evenly. Drop the leaf gently in the oil and fry it on a medium heat till the pakoras are crisp. Once the Palak Pakoras are golden brown and crisp, remove them from the oil and drain on absorbent paper. Proceed the same way with the remaining spinach leaves. Sprinkle chat masala on Palak Pakoras and serve them hot with Date Tamarind Chutney, Green Chutney or even plain old Ketchup Note: If you don't have baby spinach, you can use regular spinach, chop it fine and mix it into the batter to make the pakoras.

I lightened up a butter chicken recipe for the slow cooker, using a controlled amount of coconut milk powder and fenegreek leaves instead of the butter usually used. 237 cals per portion. Detailed nutritional information available here: Serves 6 Ingredients: 1 tablespoon vegetable oil 3 large skinless, boneless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces 1 onion, diced 3 cloves garlic, minced 2 teaspoons curry powder 1 tablespoon curry paste 2 teaspoons tandoori masala 1 teaspoon garam masala 1/2 teaspoon chili powder 400g of pureed tomatos or 1 can tomato paste (170g) 10 green cardamom pods 10g coconut powder in 1 cup of water (less water if using pureed tomatos) 1 cup (about 200g) plain yogurt salt to taste Small handful of fenegreek leaves to finish Directions: Put vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Stir in the chicken, onion, and garlic. Cook and stir until the onion has softened and turned translucent, about 10 minutes. Stir in the curry powder, curry paste, tandoori masala, chili powder, garam masala, and tomato puree/paste until no lumps of tomato paste remain. Pour into a slow cooker, and stir in the cardamom pods, coconut milk powder in warm water. Cook on High 4 to 6 hours, or on Low 6 to 8 hours until the chicken is tender and the sauce has reduced to your desired consistency. Stir in yogurt and fenegreek leaves, season to taste with salt. Remove and discard the cardamom pods before serving.

That said, it's quick and easy and nice and healthy and a great way to get some greens into your diet. These two ingredients themselves could be thought of as a bit boring, but once you start to get the masala and spices in that's when you start to see how lovely it is. I have different versions of this dish, one where I purée the spinach and another where I add paneer. Give it a go - tastes great and much fresher than the dishes you are probably used to eating. Ingredients 1 tbsp mustard oil 1 tsp mustard seeds 1 tsp cumin seeds Pinch asafoetida 2 garlic cloves, sliced 1 tbsp ginger, thinly sliced 2 tomatoes, chopped 600g baby spinach, finely sliced 4 potatoes, peeled & chopped into 3cm cubes 1 tsp salt 1 or 2 chillies, finely sliced 1 tsp garam masala Method Heat oil in a karahi or wok and add mustard seeds. Just as they pop add the cumin seeds and asafoetida. Add the garlic and ginger and fry on a gentle heat. Stir in the tomatoes, salt and chilli. Cook down until the tomatoes have turned to a pulp and then add the cubed potatoes. Stir to coat them with the sauce. Reduce the heat and place a lid on the pan. Cook for about 10 minutes stirring occasionally. You may need to add a splash of water to stop them from sticking to the pan. Don't be too heavy handed as you don't want to mash the cooked potatoes. Once the potatoes are soft add the spinach to the pan and stir. Cook for a further few minutes until the spinach has wilted. If there is any liquid in the pan increase heat and dry the dish out. Sprinkle over the garam masala and serve.

This meatballs in spinach sauce, recipe is such a hit. My kids polished their plates and I was a happy that I could sneak in a bunch of spinach. Even as a keto meal it is such a perfect recipe.
