In this tutorial, I attempt to simulate the flow of a fluid flowing through a heterogeneous solid pipe/channel. The upper part of the solid pipe is wood while that lower is Aluminium. Because of the difference in thermal conductivities, an interesting temperature field is obtained across the length of the channel.
